We are thrilled and proud to announce that Lerby Real Estate has officially taken over EASY HOME RIVIERA MOUGINS.
Owning a real estate agency with such a rich legacy in Mougins has been a long-time dream. For over 20 years, EHR has been a strong and trusted staple in the local market. Founders Daniel and Béatrice Bouteleux are now happily passing the reins to Kaj Lerby.
To ensure absolute continuity, Ossama Hechmi—who has been a key pillar of the agency alongside Daniel and Béatrice for the past 15 years—will take over the day-to-day management. Under Ossama's leadership, clients can rest assured that the agency remains in the best possible hands.
We are planning a full makeover of our Mougins office to welcome you in a refreshed, modern space. Our mission is to carry this incredible legacy forward—combining fresh ideas and innovative approaches while remaining deeply committed to the core values, integrity, and personal touch that defined Easy Home Riviera.
